I followed my mother’s career path in real estate. Shortly after my 18th birthday, I acquired my Florida Real Estate License. I began selling real estate while earning my Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University majoring in real estate and finance. Then I was able to couple my passion for real estate with the technical knowledge and thinking skills from the degree. Now I have over 30 years of experience. This unique combination of experience and skills ensures that my clients receive the real estate representation that they deserve. I am a lifelong resident of the Northern Palm Beaches. This gives me five decades of historical knowledge about our beautiful area. I know what areas are prone to flooding, locations of long buried dump sites, typical quality of construction for local builders, and much more.
I’m passionate about making my clients real estate transaction a pleasant experience and earning them as life-long friends and customers. Since a vast majority of my transactions are repeat and personal referral business, I am freed from the burden of prospecting that most agents spend 40-50% of their time doing. I have more time to dedicate to my clients.
