Nancy Smith

In a remarkable career spanning almost 50 years and still going strong, Nancy Smith is revered not only for her leadership and what she’s accomplished professionally, but as a passionate and committed steward of her community, giving back extensively of her time and talent. Nancy first entered the real estate industry in the Palm Beaches in 1972. She comes originally from Youngstown, Ohio but was raised in the Palm Beaches, where she’s devoted her entire adult life. Every day is a new opportunity to serve. Feeling fortunate and grateful to partner with her son, Scott Smith, at Compass, Nancy works extensively from referrals and long-time personal connections, but equally enjoys the opportunity to meet and help new clients. Listing and selling homes of distinction in and around the Palm Beaches, Nancy tactfully and expertly applies her expertise with a positive, forward-looking perspective.

Nancy is a proud and vocal 23-year conqueror of breast cancer, and surely embraces every day that comes, her family, her faith and her church, her volunteer activities, and all those who surround her and uplift her. Nancy has earned Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Transnational Referral Certification, and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations, and has been named as a top agent. Personally, Nancy prioritizes leading a cancer support group and offering her skills as an American Sign Language interpreter. She has been recognized as a Komen Warrior in Pink for her cancer survivorship advocacy, and sits on the boards of Diane’s Voice and the Robert A. Gardner, M.D. Foundation, Inc. With her husband of 54 years, Dave, 2 sons, Scott and Bob (Laura), Nancy has been blessed with 4 incredible grandchildren. God is so good!
